- Please be prompt, we plan to start the early evening ceremony on time.
- Children are entirely welcome, but please be mindful and watch them carefully around the artwork.
- Smoking is allowed outdoors only.
- Photography is permitted, but not of the artwork directly.
- Our ceremony will be outside, while the reception will be primarily inside the gallery. If you’d like to spend the later part of the evening outdoors, please plan to bring a wrap or jacket.

- The walk from the Plaza area should be very pleasant; please allow about 10-15 minutes. Feel free to wear more comfortable walking shoes to leave in the coat/wrap check.
- Parking is available, but is limited.
- There is taxi service in town, but you’d need to call ahead to make reservations. (Please see Santa Fe page for more information)
- We will let you know as we find out about other possible sources for transportation.
- We hope to hold a welcome reception the night before the wedding, as well as a send-off brunch the Sunday after. We’ll post more information as soon as we have it.
